Our biggest enemy is our self.

Self-animosity and self-jeopardising happen when we don’t accept ourselves, our true selves, our true nature. We will appose our own success and accomplishment by asserting our Ego which tries to position us in a definitive time and space that distracts us from this self connection.

This meditation helps us confront ourselves in relation to the infinite part of ourselves and moves us to a space of acceptance and higher consciousness.

How to do it:

1. Sitting in easy seated pose with a straight spine.

2. Maintain a strong straight posture through this meditation. Do not rock forward and back. Also maintain an alert attitude thought this meditation.

3. The eyes are open gazing gently at the tip of the nose.

4. Upper arms are relaxed next to the side of the body. The hands come up to chest height. Make fists with the hands and bring the firsts up to heart height. Connect the left and right fist so that palms are facing each other. Extend the thumbs upwards and connect the outer part of the thumb together.

5. Breathing: Inhale through the nose, exhale though the mouth. Then inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose. The breath is gentle and complete.
Continue with this for 3 minutes. Build up to 22 minutes. Do not exceed 22 minutes.

To end: stretch the arms up into the air and take 3 deep long breaths. Relax.
