Wellness Coaching
A wellness coach is a type of health care professional who aids clients in setting and achieving their health and wellness goals, typically around physical health, mental health and emotional health.
These goals might include better sleep, improving posture, stress management, having more energy, nutrition, emotional regulation, or improving their relationship with their body.
Although there may be some specific physical, emotional, mental, and behavioral goals, wellness coaching looks at client’s lifestyle in a holistic way.
Their primary goal is to help clients adopt a positive lifestyle and make behavior changes to support their goals.
When combining Wellness Coaching with Spiritual Coaching the focus of wellness gets another layer added to it. This layer is focusing on improving health, lifestyle and well-being to support the client’s spiritual journey and spiritual growth.

Who do I coach?
As much as I would like to help as many people as I can, this coaching modality is not suitable for everyone.
The people I work with are people who are already on a spiritual journey but need some guidance to shift to the next level.
These are people who are awakened, curious, open and willing to step into the unknown to discoverer who they truly are, and to connect with their purpose.
People who work with me are willing and committed to take the steps, do the daily practices, and dive deep into themselves to solidify their true potential.

Firstly, send me a message in the space provided at the bottom of this page.
We will then either meet in person or have a phone call. This is a free consultation and will take about 30 minutes. During this time we will chat about what you want to accomplish / your limitations / where you are at in your life right now, and how we can work together to move forward.
From here we set up sessions.
Sessions are made up of packages. I run a 4 session package, that can either be taken as 1 time a week for 4 weeks or 2 times a week for two weeks.

The one to one sessions will not just be talking, but working with the body, emotions and energy for faster changes and lasting results.
Between our one to one sessions, you’ll have homework assignments. These could be practical things to do, things to think over, or worksheets to fill in.
I will offer support and guidance along the way, but you are responsible and empowered to achieve your goals.
