Personal Breathwork Sessions

The aim of personal breathwork is to guide and lead you gently and systematically along a path that is specifically designed for your personal needs.

Private breathwork sessions are open to anyone who is ready to learn how to cope with day to day challenges, heal on a deeper level and for a radical transformation in their lives. This is done in a safe and nurturing environment.

Breathwork is one of the most effective somatic tools out there. You will first learn a foundation of easy, basic techniques that can be applied immediately to start making shifts from day one.

Each session will build on the previous one, creating a solid foundation in understanding and experience.

As we progress with sessions, we dive deeper, advance the techniques add address specific needs and desires for profound personal transformation and change.

Breathwork allows us to move beyond the mind and into the intelligence and wisdom of the body.  It is through the body we can find stillness, feel, listen and reconnect with our truth, our deeper self, and our intuitive knowing.

Private sessions are done as a one to one, in person or online, with me, Nicola, as your breathwork coach.

Exploration of Breathwork

6 x 75 minute sessions. Exploring advanced breathing techniques related to your specific needs. These may include: Intermittent Hypoxic Training, HeartMath techniques, Trauma Release breath, Kundalini Breathwork, Conscious Breathing, Brain Wave Stimulation, etc.
