Somatic Yoga emphasizes the mind-body connection through awareness and internal sensation, encourages a deeper exploration of how movements feel and how they impact your body. Through this internal awareness; energy blocks, pain, psyco-somatic links and emotions can come into awareness, be felt and gently released.
