1. Reduce inflammation

When it comes to body hacking the first thing we want to focus on is reducing and stop any inflammation in the body.

Inflammation is when there is excess fluid build up around cells. This fluid usually has toxins, chemicals, pollutants, bacteria and waste products in it. The excess fluid can cause heat, swelling, pain, redness and dysfunction or lack of mobility to the area. It strops the natural functionality of the body systems.

Inflammation causes the cells to stop functioning optimally because essential nutrients cannot get to the cell due to the fluid build up around the cell. Waste byproducts ( from cellular metabolism)  cannot be cleared away from the cell, but instead gets added to the fluid already around the cells. This creates a toxic environment for the cells.

Long term inflammation causes the cells to malfunction, denature, shut down, or die. This means that tissue gets damaged. Tissue can be arteries ,the heart, any organ, muscles, the brain, the skin, the joints, etc.

Inflammation is one of the causes of premature aging, autoimmune disease, digestive issues, diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer’s and weight gain.

When we have inflammation our body movement (mechanics) are compromised. Sport and exercise performance lowers.
