Create Your Foundation

I have just recently been on a visit to my home town in South Africa. I have not traveled back to South Africa for two years due to the restrictions of Covid. Coming back into this environment as an outsider I had been ‘unplugged’ and removed from this hometown culture, so I was in the position of the observer. One thing I observed with every single person I met was a negative perception of their life. My family, my friends, the hair dresser, the store clerk, the waitress, the bank assistant…. everybody carried the same energetic blueprint. The blueprint of fear, complaining, judgement, frustration and blaming everything outside of themselves for their perceived  negative lives.

I was witnessing an example of how the culture of a country and the culture of community can affect the vibration of an individual. When our country, our town, our community or our social circle vibrate at a certain vibration, we get pulled into that and soon vibrate at the same frequency.

If we are aware enough we can feel this pull and can make different personal choices so as to not get affected.

Besides our external environment, we can also create low vibration for ourselves. Most of the time it is through our own doing, rather than our environment, that we lower our vibration. Our thoughts, emotions, actions, decision and our own behaviors can elevate us or spiral us down.

For example, when we feel low vibrational emotions like fear, anxiety, guilt, hopelessness or irritation our vibration levels drop and we move into a state of survival.

When we are in survival mode we are concerned about our safety, our basic needs, our belonging in the world and our future.

On a Pranic level (Energetic level) this low vibrational existance is existing from the Base / Root Chakra ONLY. 


Now there is nothing wrong with looking after ourselves. However, when this need for survival comes from a space of fear it lowers our vibration. Fear is the lowest vibrational emotion. This means that we when we are in fear we forget our true selves, our true nature, our creativity, our joy, our connection to source, and any of our higher vibrational functions.

When we are governed by fear, victimisation occurs. Once we feel victimized we shift from assertiveness and being able to make decisions for ourselves. Victimization means that other people, government or communities start thinking for us. When someone else thinks for us they have control of us. As the saying goes: “If you are not thinking for yourself, then someone else is thinking for you.”


So what can we do?

We can raise our frequency!

When we raise our frequency we move out of the survival mode of Base / Root Chakra into the higher Chakras and this starts to shift things, makes us feel more empowered, and we have more clarity and direction.


These articles give information, tips and tools that are super easy to apply to raise your vibration….. so please read on and apply some of the techniques and tools I’ll be sharing.

Good Vibrations

 

We already know that everything in the entire universe, including us, vibrates. Everything vibrates at different speeds and frequencies.


According to NASA our body vibrates between 5 to10 Hz. When I was researching information about individual body parts I found that there was a vibration from 5 up to 150 Hz depending on the cellular structure and functioning of the cell and tissue.

So anything that vibrates at a low frequency, especially lower than 5 Hz, has a damaging effect on the physical body, breaking down tissue, creating disharmony and increasing disease.

Anything that vibrates at 5 to 150 Hz keeps us the state we are currently at, and enhances it.

Anything over 150 Hz heals, rejuvenates, releases, raises consciousness, and has positive effects on all 10 of our bodies.

Low Vibration

It is interesting to note that all the things that lower our vibration and frequency, and make as sick, are things we already know as not being good for us (but we still do them anyway).

Maybe now is the time to eliminate 2 or 3 of these from this list in your life.

Things that lower our vibration (causing low energy emotions, brain fog and disease):

1. Eating food and drinking liquids that have 0Hz. I’ll be writing more up on food in one of the articles, but generally these are animal flesh, all canned foods, and processed foods.

2. Spending too much time on phones, PCs and in front of TV screens. These devices emit frequencies and waves that our bodies have to constantly combat. The more time we spend in front of our devices the less energy the body has for healing, repairing, or for defending when a virus attacks.

3. Reading or watching degrading / violent / low energy TV series, movies, news, blogs, twitter tolling, FB hate speech and reality TV shows. These not only lower our vibration but also affect our psyche, electro-magnecitc field, pranic body, emotions and our perception of reality.

4. Feeding into fear, anxiety, hate, anger, blame, guilt, judgement, criticism, hopelessness and frustration. Watch what you say, what you post on social media, what you chose to believe, and what you chose to watch.

5. Living a sedentary life… AKA: not moving your body.

6. Smoking, drinking alcohol or abusing drugs.

7. Staying indoors all the time, in recycled air and under florescent lights.

8. Working too hard, long hours, or working in an unhealthy or uninspiring environment.

9. Keeping busy with unimportant things that drain our energy.

10. Hanging around energy vampires – those people who drain our energy and make us feel bad in some way.

11. Focusing solely on our own personal power, status, money and material gain.

12. Not getting enough good sleep.


Our bodies are super resilient and if given some time out of a few or all of the above, we quickly regain homeostasis, raise our frequencies and come back to health and vitality.
So what CAN we do?

High Vibration

1. Eat foods that are high in nutrients and have a high frequency: fruit, super foods, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Read more here.

2. Raise our vibration with sound.

3. Get to grips with our emotions. We really do have FULL control of our emotions. As I mentioned, fear is the lowest vibrational emotion and the world is swimming in it right now. Fear is ONLY an emotion which means we have the capacity to change it. We CAN change the way we feel.  Read hear for emotions and how to move from Fear to Love. Love is the highest vibrational emotion.

4. Practice Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is all about raising our consciousness and awareness. This is done by raising energy, frequency and vibration. This is the perfect modality to practice during these times to stay resilient, healthy, vibrant, creative, emotionally stable with a clear, wise mind.

5. Practice activities that increase our own frequency. Activities like: Yoga, meditation, chanting, singing, dancing, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, HeartMath,  Pranayama, Breathwork, Kirtans.

6. Get control of our thoughts. We do have the ability to change how we think by being aware of what we think. Awareness is key here. Once we can witness our thoughts we can stop them and then change them before they spin  out negatively.

7. Move the body. Yup, we need to do a bit of movement every day. It can be some stretching, running up and down the stairs a few times, skipping, Pilates, dancing, Yoga, jogging, aerobics, body weight training, sex, anything.

8. Get help from external high vibrational objects, processes and people: Work with crystals and gem stones, Orgonite and Tachyon crystals. Use essential oils. Get out into the sun. Eat high vibrational foods. Read uplifting books. Get into moving water: either the ocean, a river, waterfall or under the shower. Have a Reiki treatment, a HeartMath coaching session, TRE, EFT, breath work, NLP, massage, or sound bowl healing.

9. Drink spring water and mineral water. If you don’t have access to this then charge your water with a quartz crystal.

10. Practice Yogic cleansing to speed up healing, remove toxins and clear energy channels. Some of these practices are having a cold shower in the morning (Hydotherapy), do netti pot, fasting, dry body scrubs, etc. Read here for more on this.

11. Laugh

12. Hug

13. Practice gratitude and appreciation.

14. Practice one of these kriyas daily for 40 days: Ego Eradicator OR Sat Kriya OR Kirtan Kriya.

15. Have a break. This could be a weekend away or just 30minutes in the day where we take time to connect to ourself and breathe.

16. Get into nature. This could be walking in a forest, along the beach, sitting in a park or digging in your garden. Nature balances our energy, grounds us and brings us back to our true ‘nature’. The energy from plants and fresh air elevates our frequency.

17. Watch sunrises and sunsets. Besides creating calmness, a sense of expansion and connection to nature, sunrises and sunsets area transition times of the day where the energy is the highest. This is why practitioners of meditation wake early; to use this high energy to deepen their meditations.
